Description
My Dalmatian cookbook is a 65-page, hardback cookbook with 30 simple and tasty recipes combined with cool, quirky illustrations. Recipes are in English and easy to follow and truly reflect the coastal Croatian cuisine. From scampi with broad beans to stuffed eggplants and traditional recipes like the ‘pašticada’ this book is a real treasure of authentic recipes that have been passed down from mother to daughter.
